Warranty & Return Policy

At Ulanzi, we always care about your experience as a customer and want to ensure you have no concerns regarding after-sales service. If your Ulanzi product ever experiences any issues, we promise to take care of it. If we are unable to repair your product, we will promptly replace it with a product in perfect working condition, which will be of equal or better physical condition. If your purchase is a limited or discontinued edition of Ulanzi product, we will repair or replace it with another Ulanzi product of the same or higher value.

We will warrant all Ulanzi products that exhibit any defects in material and workmanship under normal use. However, please note that this warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, or cosmetic damage.

At Ulanzi, we aim to deliver quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our policies carefully:

Replacement Policy

We offer product replacements under the following conditions:

  • Customers can request a replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If the product is found to be defective or physically damaged, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a replacement.

  • A replacement with a brand-new unit will be provided if the product is not functioning properly within 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • If the product received is different from what was displayed on our website or does not match the specifications, the customer must notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • For replacement requests, the entire product package, including all accessories, must be returned. Our team will arrange for courier pickup.

Replacements will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction with the look or sound quality of a defect-free product.

  • Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Damage caused due to electrical surges, mishandling, or improper usage.

🔹 Important: Hiffin does not offer returns or refunds, except in cases where a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipping.

  • Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled.

  • Orders placed under special occasion offers or limited-time deals are non-cancellable.

  • If an order is canceled before shipping/processing, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
